Hello I am 18 years old and recently granted with Pre-University degree with the average total score 19.46 of 20 as well from iran, but the problem is I haven’t got any English language degree like IELTS yet. Fortunately, I am going to be a PR of Canada with my family as Federal Skill Worker in two months. Indeed, you are kindly informed that this year I was ranked to 507 across the country from 409353 individuals in global Examination and succeeded to be admitted in Medicine program of Tehran University, but still I wish to continue my study in Canada and stay with my family there and don’t lose this chance. As here in IRAN, me as a boy needs the Undergraduate admission in order to be permitted to leave the country, so I wish I could get the admission to University first, and then during the admission time to University attendance, study the English proficiency next. The question is whether is there any chance for me to be able to apply and get the admission for the coming term or not and what universities offer conditional admissions.
